Objective
To manage student’s affairs and health services.
Functions
This Directorate perform the following functions:
(i) To administer students welfare and disciplinary matters;
(ii) To provide guidance and counseling services to students;
(iii) To maintain cleanliness and upkeep of hostels, classrooms and surrounding of students’ residents;
(iv) To enforce students’ regulations, rules, and by-laws;
(v) To coordinate students social, cultural and sports events in and outside the campuses;
(vi) To advise students’ Government and Associations;
(vii) To coordinate students’ organization elections; and
(viii) To prepare annual plans and budgets, quarterly and annual implementation reports.
(ix) To advise on medical and health matters;
(x) To manage the medical and health services facilities;
(xi) To plan, budget and control optimal utilization of available resources;
(xii) To enforce medical and health policies, procedures and systems workable for the Institute;
(xiii) To provide educative information regarding preventive and curative health services; and
(xiv) To prepare and submit periodic reports.
